摘要
教学知识结构数据库是教师授课、释疑、自我能力提高的参考工具,也是学生了解、选择课程以及自学的窗口。文章在高等教育大众化背景下,介绍教学知识结构与学科体系的形成,阐述高校课程创新型教学知识结构库建设设计理念,最后以人力资源管理课程为例,从整合教学内容、确立知识关联体系、建立考核体系、优化教学资源方面,探索高校课程创新型教学知识结构数据库建设思路。
The teaching knowledge structure database is a reference tool for teachers to teach,clarify doubts,and improve their self-ability,and it is also a window for students to understand,choose courses and self-study.Under the background of the popularization of higher education,this paper introduces the formation of teaching knowledge structure and subject system,expounds the construction and design concept of innovative teaching knowledge structure base in colleges and universities.And finally,taking human resource management course as an example,it explores the idea of building a database of innovative teaching knowledge structure in colleges and universities from integrating teaching content,establishing knowledge correlation system in terms of establishing an assessment system and optimizing teaching resources.
