摘要
大学生情绪调节对自我效能感的强化,有助于帮助大学生提升个人自信。本文将以强化大学生自我效能感的为内容,分析自我效能感在调节大学生情绪方面发挥的作用,并探究现阶段影响大学生提升自我效能感的因素,以便结合新时期教育发展环境,为大学生更好运用自我效能感积极做好情绪调节制定科学策略,强化大学生对个人情绪的控制与管理能力。
The strengthening of college students’emotional regulation on self-efficacy is helpful to help college students improve their personal self-confidence.This paper will focus on strengthening college students’sense of self-efficacy,analyze the role of self-efficacy in regulating college students’emotions,and explore the factors affecting college students to improve their sense of self-efficacy at this stage.Combined with the educational development environment in the new era,make better use of self-efficacy for college students,actively do a good job in emotional regulation,formulate scientific strategies,and strengthen college students’ability to control and manage their personal emotions.
