“一带一路”倡议下高职院校留学生人才培养模式研究

A Study on Foreign Students Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

随着“一带一路”建设国际化进程的加快,我国职业教育标准输出的规模和影响力日益增强,培养高素质国际化技术技能型人才、服务“一带一路”建设已经成为新形势下高职院校的紧迫任务和重要使命。本文以留学生培育的“土壤”——国际化人才培养体系、“种子”——来华留学生、“园丁”——师资队伍、“气候”——中国文化氛围、“阳光”——对外汉语课程思政元素这五个方面为中心开展研究与实践,构建高职院校来华留学生人才培养模式,以期培养更多知华、友华的应用型、实践型创新人才,为“一带一路”建设提供有力支撑。

As the internationalization of the“Belt and Road”construction speeds up,the scale and influence of China’s vocational education standard output is increasing.It is a pressing task and important mission for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality international skilled talents and serve the“Belt and Road”construction.Based on the research on five main elements of“soil”—international students cultivation system,“seed”—foreign students,“gardener”—teaching staff,“climate”—Chinese cultural atmosphere and“sunshine”—ideological and political elements of Chinese as a foreign language curriculum for cultivating foreign students,the cultivation mode was constructed to cultivate more practical innovative students who are familiar and friendly with China and provide intellectual support for the“Belt and Road”construction.
