高职学生顶岗实习的安全教育现状与对策分析

Analysis on the Current Status of Safety Education and Countermeasurses on the Post Practice for Higher Vocational Students

顶岗实习是高职学生进入工作岗位的重要实践课程,学生上岗前应进行必要的安全教育。为了解目前顶岗实习安全教育现状,针对某高职校开展了调研,分析近3年来各专业学生顶岗实习具体的安全教育情况。结果表明学生、教师、学校、企业等方面均存在不足。对此,应开展全过程学生安全素质培养,开发胶囊式安全教育课程,优化校内实训项目,并深化校企合作模式,以提升高职学生的安全素养和安全技能,从而保障学生的实习过程中的人身安全,并保证顶岗实习活动的顺利进行。

Post practice is an important practical course for higher vocational students to enter the workplace,and students should carry out necessary safety education before taking up the job.In order to understand the current status of safety education for post-job practice,a survey was conducted on the specific safety education situation of various majors in the past three years for a vocational school.The results show that there are deficiencies in students,teachers,schools,and enterprises.In this regard,it is necessary to carry out the whole process of student safety quality training,develop capsule safety education courses,and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation model to improve the safety literacy and safety skills of higher vocational students,so as to effectively ensure the implementation of post practice.
