The Predicament and Outlet of Students’Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生党建工作在党建工作中有着重要地位。由于高职院校特殊的发展条件、培养方式、学制等特点,学生党建工作存在诸如学生党员发展慢、培养时间短、毕业生党员后续培养断裂等问题。因此,在新的历史时期,要根据高职院校的自身特点和发展条件,探索高职院校学生党建工作的方法和规律,解决高职院校学生党建工作中的诸多问题,不断开创学生党建工作新局面。

Higher vocational college students’Party construction work has an important position in the whole Party construction work.Due to the special development conditions,training methods,educational system and other characteristics of vocational colleges,there are some problems in students’Party construction work,such as slow development of student Party members,short time,and fracture in the follow-up training of graduate Party members.Therefore,in the new historical period,according to the characteristics and conditions of higher vocational colleges,we should explore the methods and laws of students’Party construction work in higher vocational colleges,solve the endless problems of students’Party construction work in higher vocational colleges,and constantly create a new situation of students’Party construction work.
