腔体数量对压电装置性能的影响

摘要 为确定腔体数量对压电泵和压电液压驱动器性能的影响,制作双腔至九腔串联压电装置并进行试验。结果表明:压电泵的输出随腔体数量增加而提升。压电泵的输出流量以腔数5个为界限,输出压力以腔数6个分界。腔数低于此数时,每增加一个腔室,二者均提升显著,流量最大可提升2.42倍,压力最大可提升1.96倍;腔数高于此数时,提升幅度较低。压电液压驱动器的输出速度/输出推力以腔体数量5为界,低于此数时,驱动器输出随腔数增加提升的幅度大;腔数在5以上时,提高幅度变小,但增量基本一致。驱动器负载时,随着腔数增加,输出能力和负载能力也逐渐提高。且在260 Hz、腔体数量高于5、负载低于15 N时,二者近似成正比。 In order to determine the influence of the chamber number on the performance of piezoelectric pump and piezoelectric hydraulic actuator,a series piezoelectric device with two chambers to nine chambers were made and test was made.The results show that:the output of piezoelectric pump increases with the chamber number.The output flow of piezoelectric pump is bounded by five chambers,and the output pressure is bounded by six chambers.Both of them improve significantly with each additional chamber,when the number is lower than this,the maximum flow can be increased by 2.42 times,the maximum pressure can be increased by 1.96 times.Above that,the increase is low.The output speed/thrust force of the piezoelectric hydraulic actuator is bound by the number of chamber 5.When the number is lower than this,the output increases greatly with the increase of the chamber number.The increase range is small when the chamber number is above 5,but the increment is basically the same.The output capacity and load capacity are gradually improved with the increase of the chamber number when the driver is loaded.And at 260 Hz,they are approximately proportional when the chamber number is higher than 5 and the load is less than 15 N.
