超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光配合果酸疗法治疗凹陷痤疮瘢痕的效果观察

Clinical effect of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with fruit acid therapy in the treatment of atrophic acne scars

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光配合果酸疗法治疗凹陷痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2021年8月商丘市第四人民医院收治的凹陷痤疮瘢痕患者116例,按照随机数字表法分为激光组与果酸组,每组58例。果酸组采用果酸治疗,激光组在其基础上采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。对比两组临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕临床评分量表(ECCA)、疼痛持续时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、不良反应发生率。结果激光组总有效率(96.55%,56/58)高于果酸组(84.48%,49/58),P<0.05。治疗后,激光组ECCA、VAS评分低于果酸组,疼痛持续时间短于果酸组(P<0.05)。激光组不良反应发生率(8.62%,5/58)低于果酸组(22.41%,13/58),P<0.05。结论超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光配合果酸疗法能提高凹陷痤疮瘢痕的治疗效果,改善痤疮瘢痕情况,减轻疼痛感,并可降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with fruit acid therapy in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 116 patients with atrophic acne scars treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and they were divided into laser group and fruit acid group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The fruit acid group was treated with fruit acid,and the laser group was treated by ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser based on the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,(ECCA),pain duration,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the laser group was 96.55%(56/58),which was higher than the 84.48%(49/58)of the fruit acid group(P<0.05).After treatment,ECCA and VAS scores of the laser group were lower than that of the fruit acid group,and pain duration was shorter than that of the fruit acid group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the laser group was 8.62%(5/58),which was lower than the 22.41%(13/58)in the fruit acid group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with fruit acid therapy in the treatment of sunken acne scars can improve the curative effect,alleviate acne scars,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
