摘要
压力容器规范设计是保障压力容器安全的源头,从压力容器设计行政许可方式变化和法规标准对于设计文件的要求,结合实际工作情况,梳理了压力容器设计文件审查过程中类别划分、风险评估报告、选材、制造及检验检测等技术要求,同时对压力容器设计质量保证体系结构及要素进行了分析。有助于压力容器设计人员规范设计、监督检验人员进行设计文件符合性审查,设计单位合理建立质量保证体系,提高压力容器设计的可靠性,确保压力容器安全。
The standardized design of pressure vessels is the source to guarantee the safety and quality of pressure vessels.From the changes in the administrative licensing mode of pressure vessel design and the requirements of regulations and standards for design documents,combined with the actual work situation,this paper combs some technological demands in the review process of pressure vessel design documents,such as the classification,risk assessment report,material selection,manufacturing,inspection and testing.At the same time,the structure and elements of pressure vessel design quality assurance system are analyzed.Therefore,it is helpful for pressure vessel designers to standardize the design,for supervisors and inspectors to review the compliance of design documents,and for the designers to reasonably establish a quality assurance system,improve the reliability of pressure vessel design and ensure the safety of pressure vessel.
