杜异合剂联合间苯三酚对人工流产术患者的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of Duyi mixture combined with phloroglucinol on patients undergoing artificial abortion

目的探讨杜异合剂联合间苯三酚对人工流产术患者疼痛程度、宫颈松弛度、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)、肌酸激酶(CK)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的人工流产术患者124例,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各62例。对照组术中应用卡孕栓+利多卡因治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加间苯三酚合用杜异合剂治疗。比较两组疼痛评分、宫颈松弛优良率、人工流产综合征发生率、血清学指标水平及不良反应发生率等。结果观察组患者在手术开始时(T_(1))、术中10 min(T_(2))、手术完成时(T_(3))、术后2 h(T_(4))视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组(P<0.05),宫颈松弛度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),人工流产综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后24 h患者ACA、sFlt-1、CK水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杜异合剂联合间苯三酚对人工流产术患者有良好的应用效果,显著降低患者术中及术后的疼痛感,改善宫颈条件促进宫颈的松弛软化,降低人工流产综合征的发生率,降低ACA、sFlt-1、CK等血清学指标水平,治疗安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the effects of Duyi mixture combined with phloroglucinol on pain degree,cervical relaxation and levels of anticardiolipin antibody(ACA),soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt-1)and creatine kinase(CK)in patients undergoing artificial abortion.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with induced abortion from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,62 in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost suppository+lidocaine during operation,and the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol combined with Duyi mixture on the basis of the control group.The pain score,excellent and good rate of cervical relaxation,incidence of induced abortion syndrome,levels of serological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue score(VAS)of patients in the observation group at the beginning of operation(T_(1)),10 minutes during operation(T_(2)),at the end of operation(T_(3)),and 2 hours after operation(T_(4))were all lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of cervical relaxation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ACA,sFlt-1 and CK of patients after 24 hours of operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Duyi mixture combined with phloroglucinol has a good application effect on patients undergoing induced abortion.It significantly reduces the pain of patients during and after the operation,improves the cervical conditions,promotes the relaxation and softening of the cervix,reduces the incidence of induced abortion syndrome and the levels of serum indicators such as ACA,sFlt-1 and CK.The treatment is safe.
