金属预成冠用于儿童乳磨牙邻面龋修复的临床疗效观察

Repair effect of metal preformed crown in the treatment of proximal caries of primary molars in children

目的探讨金属预成冠与树脂填充对儿童乳磨牙邻面龋的修复效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法将2019年6月至2021年6月乳磨牙邻面龋修复患儿124例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组患儿采用传统复合树脂填充修复,观察组患儿采用金属预成冠技术修复。随访12个月,比较两组修复效果、咀嚼效率,最大咬合力、患儿及家属满意度及随访期间并发症发生情况。结果观察组修复成功率高于对照组;两组修复后最大咬合力及咀嚼效率均有提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿及家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于树脂填充修复,儿童乳磨牙邻面龋采用金属预成冠技术修复效果更好,可改善患儿咬合功能、提高咀嚼效率,保障牙体完整,并发症少,临床满意度高。

Objective To investigate the repair effect of metal preformed crown and resin filling in the treatment of proximal caries in children′s primary molars and their influence on masticatory function.Methods From June 2019 to June 2021,124 children with proximal caries of deciduous molars were included in the study.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,62 in each group.The control group was treated with traditional composite resin filling restoration,and the observation group was treated with metal preformed crown technology.The two groups were followed up for 12 months.The repair effect,masticatory efficiency,maximum bite force and satisfaction of patients and their families as well as complications during the follow-up period were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of restoration in the observation group was 91.94%that was higher than 77.42%in the control group(P<0.05).The maximum occlusal force and chewing efficiency of the two groups were improved after restoration,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the children and their families in the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 80.65%in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.84%,which was lower than 16.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the resin filling restoration,the metal preformed crown technology is more effective in repairing proximal caries of children′s deciduous molars.It can improve the occlusal function and the masticatory efficiency and ensure the integrity of teeth.It reduces the complications and improves the clinical satisfaction.
