四位一体推拿疗法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的近期疗效观察

Acomparative study on the short-term curative effect of four-in-one massage therapy and traditional massage therapy in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain

目的比较四位一体推拿疗法与传统推拿疗法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的近期疗效。方法慢性非特异性腰痛患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为四位一体推拿疗法组和传统推拿组各30例,分别采用传统推拿和四位一体推拿,每周治疗2次,每次40 min,连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗结束后1个月的腰部疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Roland腰椎功能障碍评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果治疗后1月,两组患者VAS评分、Roland评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且四位一体推拿疗法组评分低于单纯推拿组,好转率优于单纯推拿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用四位一体推拿疗法和传统推拿法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛均能使腰部疼痛得到缓解,改善腰部活动功能,四位一体推拿疗法近期临床疗效更佳。

Objective To compare the short-term curative effect of four-in-one massage therapy with traditional massage therapy in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods Sixty patients with CNLBP were randomly divided into a four-in-one massage therapy group and a traditional massage therapy group by using random number table method,30 in each group and treated with traditional massage and four-in-one massage,respectively.Each group was treated twice a week for 40 min for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of low back pain,Roland lumbar spine dysfunction scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the VAS score,Roland score,and ODI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scored of the four-in-one massage therapy group were lower than those of the traditional massage group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of the four-in-one massage therapy group was better than that of the simple massage group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both treatment methods for CNLBP can relieve lumbar pain and improve lumbar mobility.However,short-term curative effect of four-in-one massage therapy is significantly better than that of traditional massage therapy.
