摘要
航海体育是航海类高职院校教育教学的重要组成部分。学生通过参与体育锻炼来获取身体机能的改善,增强身体基本素质,提高身体健康水平。在体育锻炼过程中,核心力量的使用与基本水平,直接影响到学生参与体育锻炼时的运动体态、运动成绩等。有力的核心肌群可有效增强体育运动的效果。在我国竞技体育发展中,核心力量的训练与技术得到了普遍的应用,但在我国航海体育发展过程中,对于核心力量的练习方法还缺乏一定的经验,存在部分问题。
Navigation sports is an important part of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges of navigation. Students can improve their physical function, enhance their basic physical quality and improve their physical health through participating in physical exercise. In the process of physical exercise, the use of core strength and the basic level, directly affect the students to participate in physical exercise exercise posture, sports performance, etc., powerful core muscle group can effectively enhance the effect of sports. In the development of China’s competitive sports, the training and techniques of core strength have been widely used, but in the development of China’s maritime sports, there are still some problems in the training methods of core strength.
