基于Web of Science慢病管理文献的可视化分析

Chronic disease management based on Web of Science: a bibliometric analysis

目的:分析慢病管理的研究文献,了解慢病管理的发展趋势、研究热点,为慢病管理相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库中发表的该领域相关文献,时间范围2012年1月—2022年7月,运用GraphPad Prism9.0、Scimago Graphica、VOSviewer 1.6.18、CiteSpace6.1.3软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入1 944篇文献。发文量呈波动上升趋势,构建线性回归模型,显示发文量与年份呈正相关。美国发文量位居世界首位。Halcomb Elizabeth是最高产作者,共发表相关论文9篇。研究机构主要集中在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国家高校及医学院,多伦多大学发文量最多。高频关键词为基层医疗、糖尿病、高血压、远程医疗等,分析出的突现词为综合医疗、肥胖症及成本效率等。结论:慢病管理研究的发文量将持续增长,应借鉴国外先进研究成果,完善防治体系,推广适宜防治模式和技术,提高科技创新和成果转化能力。同时加强跨学科和跨地域交流,提高我国该领域的研究深度和广度。

Objective:To analyze the research literature on chronic disease management, understand the development trend and research hotspots of chronic disease management, and provide reference for related research on chronic disease management.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved from the Web of Science core database from January 2012 to July 2022.Visualization analysis was conducted using GraphPad Prism9.0,Scimago Graphica, VOSviewer 1.6.18,and CiteSpace 6.1.3 software.Results:A total of 1 944 articles were included.The number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend.A linear regression model was constructed, which showed that the number of published papers was positively correlated with the year.The number of publications in the United States ranked first in the world.Halcomb Elizabeth was the most prolific author, with a total of 9 related papers published.Research institutions were mainly concentrated in universities and medical schools in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries.The University of Toronto published the most papers.The high-frequency keywords were primary medical care, diabetes, hypertension, telemedicine, etc.,and the highlighted words analyzed were general medical care, obesity, and cost efficiency.Conclusions:The number of published papers on chronic disease management research will increase continually.It is necessary to learn from foreign advanced research results, improve the prevention and treatment system, promote appropriate prevention and treatment models and technologies, and improve scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation capabilities.At the same time, the interdisciplinary and cross-regional exchanges should be strengthened to improve China′s research depth and breadth.
