摘要
为满足织机开口过程中综框静止时间及动态特性等工艺需求,建立了基于速比系数的电机旋转变速运动参数化模型及提综连杆尺度综合模型,确定了模型参数调控方法,仿真分析了不同参数条件下电机变速运动规律与连杆尺寸对开口工艺特性的影响。结果表明:当提综臂最大摆角一定时,综框静止时间、速度与加速度随速比系数增加而减小;取速比系数为0.41时,相对织机主轴综框近似停顿120°,梭口对称率达到94.83%;速比系数是旋转变速运动规律的唯一控制变量,调节速比系数可获得不同的综框静止时间及综框动态特性,满足不同参数条件下织造工艺需求,并为电子开口系统设计提供理论参考。
In order to meet the craft requirements such as the dwelling time and dynamic characteristics of the heald frame during the shedding process of the loom,a parameterized model of the motor rotating and variable speed motion based on the speed ratio coefficient and a comprehensive model of the heald connecting rod scale are established.The model parameter control method is determined,the effect of the motor variable speed motion law and connecting rod size on the shedding craft characteristics under different parameters are simulated and analyzed.The results show that when the maximum swing angle of the lifting arm is fixed,the heald frame dwelling time,speed and acceleration decrease along with the increase of the speed ratio coefficient;when the speed ratio coefficient is 0.41,the heald frame dwells at approximately 120°relative to the main shaft of the loom and the symmetry rate reaches 94.83%;speed ratio coefficient is the only control variable for the law of rotating and variable speed motion.Adjusting speed ratio coefficient can obtain different heald frame dwelling time and dynamic characteristics of heald frame,meet the weaving craft requirements under different parameter conditions,and provide a theoretical reference for the design of electronic shedding system.
