民航安保事件智慧治理能力评价指标体系研究

Research on Evaluation Index System of Intelligent Governance Capability of Civil Aviation Security Events

通过文献研究与访谈调查,初步选择了民航安保事件智慧治理能力的评价指标,用专家打分法对指标进行筛选,完善指标体系,最后使用结构熵权法确定各指标的权重。以此方式建立的指标体系可以用于评价我国民航安保事件智慧治理的水平,为我国民航领域安保事件智慧治理能力的提升提供前进方向和改善依据。

Through literature research and interview investigation,the evaluation index of intelligent governance capability of civil aviation security events is preliminarily selected,screened and perfected by expert scoring method and the weight of each index is determined by structural entropy weight method.The index system established in this way can be used to evaluate the level of intelligent governance of civil aviation security events in China,improve the intelligent governance capability of civil aviation security events in China,and provide the way forward and the basis for improvement.
