高校开展人格教育,是落实“立德树人”根本任务的需要,是全面贯彻党的教育方针的要求,也是满足大学生人格养成需求的重要方式。探索中国共产党人精神谱系融入高校人格教育的有效路径,充分挖掘高校红色资源、注重纪念及节庆活动仪式感、发挥思政课及思政教师的作用,加强对学生的知识、情感、道德教育,全面促进大学生塑造健全人格。

It is the need of implementing the fundamental task of“cultivating people with virtues”to carry out personality education in colleges and universities,it is also the requirement of implementing the party's educational policy comprehensively and an important way to meet the needs of college students'personality cultivation.This paper explores an effective way to integrate the spiritual pedigrees of Chinese communists into personality education in colleges and universities,taps the red resources of colleges and universities fully,pays attention to the sense of ceremonies of commemorative and festival activities,and gives full play to the role of the teachers and courses of political and ideological theory so as to strengthen the knowledge,emotion and moral education of students and promote the shaping of college students’healthy personality.
