基于“五位一体”的高校发展型资助育人体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the“Five-in-One”Development-oriented System of Education Through Financial Assistance in Colleges and Universities

随着高校资助育人体系多年来的发展,“重经济资助、轻思想育人,重外因输血、轻内因造血”等问题日益突出,直接影响了资助育人功能的发挥,资助育人不但要扶贫助困,而且要育智和扶志,使受助学生在能力素养、价值引领、心理健康、品质锤炼等方面得到提升。在对某高校资助育人状况进行调研分析的基础上,提出构建“保障型资助+心理辅导+能力素质提升+思想引领+品质锤炼”五位一体的发展型资助育人体系。

With the development of the system of education through financial assistance in colleges and universi⁃ties over the years,problems such as emphasizing economic aid and ignoring ideological education,emphasizing external factors and ignoring internal factors have become increasingly prominent,which directly affects the func⁃tion of education through financial assistance.In education through financial assistance,it is necessary not only to help the poor,but also to nurture their mind and support their will,so that the they can improve their ability,val⁃ues,mental health,and quality.Based on the investigation and analysis of the situation of education through finan⁃cial assistance in a university,it is proposed to build a“five-in-one”development-oriented system of education through financial assistance,that is,“guarantee-oriented assistance+psychological counseling+ability and quality improvement+ideological guidance+quality training”.
