电子散斑干涉技术在实验力学教学中的应用

摘要 为了满足新工科背景下的教学需求,革新传统光弹性实验,在实验力学教学中增设了电子散斑面内变形测量实验项目。介绍了电子散斑技术的基本原理以及相应的实验设备,并以悬臂梁试件为例详细阐述了整个实验的操作流程。通过统计全班的实验平均相对误差,分析了由于载荷选取等因素造成误差产生的原因。实践表明,电子散斑面内变形测量实验项目实验自由度高、实验软件操作简单、实验结果直观、准确,在实验力学中不再拘泥于传统的光弹性实验,既完善了光测实验教学体系,又取得了良好的实验教学效果。 In order to meet the requirements of teaching under the background of“new engineering”and innovate the traditional photoelastic experiment,the project of“In Surface Deformation Measurement Experiment of ESPI”is added in the teaching of experimental mechanics.The basic principle of electronic speckle technique and the corresponding experimental equipment are introduced,and the operation process of the whole experiment is described in detail with a cantilever beam as an example.By counting the average relative error of the whole class’s experiment,the errors caused by factors such as load selection are analyzed.The practice shows that the project of“In surface deformation measurement experiment of ESPI”has high degree of freedom,simple operation of experimental software,intuitive and accurate experimental results.It is no longer confined to the traditional photoelastic experiment in experimental mechanics,by which not only the teaching system of optical measurement experiment is improved,but also experimental teaching is excellent.
