摘要 高校实验室教师的教学学术发展力是其研究与教学能力发展的基础。建立高校实验室教师教学学术发展力评价决策机制,既能促进高校实验教学的创新与发展,又能推动高校学科的发展。针对高校实验教师教学学术发展力评价的问题,提出基于广义模糊软集(GFSS)的多属性群决策(MAGDM)方法。在GFSS的基础上,由Bonferroni均值算子建立了GFSSBM算子,并用该算子将单个决策者的信息聚合成集体信息。由熵权法确定二级属性的权重,根据得分函数计算各个实验教师的得分。另外,通过分析对比GFSS与FSS方法的评价结果,表明该MAGDM方法在高校实验教师教学学术发展力评价中的应用是合理的。 The teaching academic development ability of laboratory teachers in colleges is the basis of the development of their research and teaching ability.Establishing the evaluation and decision-making mechanism of college laboratory teachers’teaching academic development can not only accelerate the innovation and development of laboratory teaching,but also promote the professional development of colleges to a certain extent.Aiming at the problem of evaluating the teaching academic developmentability of laboratory teachers in colleges,this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making(MAGDM)method based on generalized fuzzy soft set(GFSS).The GFSSBM operator is established by Bonferroni mean operator based on GFSS,and used to aggregate the information of a single decision maker into collective information.The weights of the secondary attribute are determined by the entropy weight method,and the score of each laboratory teacher is calculated according to the score function.In addition,by analyzing and comparing the results of GFSS and FSS methods,this paper shows that the application of MAGDM method in the evaluation of college laboratory teachers’teaching academic development ability is scientific and reasonable.
