“新工科”背景下高校智能建造实验室建设探索 被引量:10

摘要 智能建造是建筑行业“数字化、工业化、绿色化”发展和转型升级的必然趋势,建造业信息化和智能化转型推动了工程建造活动中生产要素、生产力和生产关系升级,作为对变革进程影响最大的高等教育也面临新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式的重大挑战。通过对新工科教育理念和建筑行业人才新需求的分析,阐明了在以信息化和智能化为特征的建筑产业转型背景下,面向国家战略需求建设增设智能建造专业的必要性与迫切性,探讨了智能建造专业人才培养模式和课程体系的构建,利用多媒体、互联网、虚拟现实和人机交互等技术,结合实际工程案例数据,提出智能建造实验室建设特色与方案,探索培养学生综合实践能力和创新能力的实验教学模式,对其他专业的创新型工程科技人才培养具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。 Smart construction is the inevitable trend of“digital,industrialized and green”development in the construction industry.The informatization and intelligent transformation of the construction industry has promoted the upgrading of production factors,productivity and production relations of engineering construction activities.Higher education,which has the greatest impact on the reform process,is also facing on major challenges from new technologies,new industries,new formats and new models.In this paper,through the analysis of the new engineering education and the talent demand in the construction industry,the necessity and urgency of adding smart construction specialty to meet the national strategic needs are analyzed,the context of the transformation of the construction industry characterized by informatization and intelligence is illustrated.This paper also discusses the talent training mode and curriculum system of smart construction specialty.And the construction characteristics and scheme of smart construction laboratory are put forward,using multimedia,the Internet,virtual reality,human-computer interaction and other technologies.The experimental teaching mode of cultivating students’comprehensive practical ability and innovative ability has been explored and constructed.It has certain reference significance for the cultivation of innovative engineering science and technology talents in other majors.
