扫描电子显微镜平台规范化管理体系的建立与实践

Establishment and Practice of Platform Standardized Management System for Scanning Electron Microscope

扫描电子显微镜是高校师生测试需求高,应用范围最广的大型仪器之一,其科学的规范管理对教学和科研的发展至关重要。针对目前扫描电镜平台管理中存在的问题,建立了网络化的培训管理体系,多模式的培训课程体系以及长效的支撑体系。实践表明,科学规范化管理体系的建立提高了培训的效率和仪器的使用率,降低了仪器的损坏率和维修成本,有利于提高学生的科研能力,促进教学的发展和科研的进步。

The scanning electron microscope(SEM)is one of the extensive-used and high-needed instruments in universities.The scientific and standardized management of the SEM is very important to the development of teaching and scientific research.This paper analyzes the management problems for the SEM platform and puts forward a networked training management system,a multi-mode training course system and a long-term effect support system for scientific and standardized management.The application results show that through the establishment of a new management system of the SEM platform,the training and utilization efficiency of the SEM are improved,the instrument damage and maintenance expenses are reduced.The scientific research ability of the students is improved and the development of teaching and scientific research is promoted.
