低碳场景下光储充联合系统经济性分析 被引量:1

Economic Analysis of the Combined Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging System in Low Carbon Scenario

摘要 文章针对电动汽车充换电站应用场景,在低碳视角下建立了光储充联合系统经济分析模型。该模型合理评估了光伏发电与电池储能投资成本、年运行成本、延缓电网升级改造效益、节能减排收益和发电收益,提出了在考虑系统功率平衡、光伏及储能运行约束条件下的联合系统年总收益测算方法。以重庆市某充电站为例对经济分析模型进行了研究,结果表明此应用场景下光储充联合系统具有一定的经济效益,延缓电网改造升级是当前主要的收益点,随着碳交易市场的进一步完善,联合系统的经济效益将出现新的增长点。同时,联合系统的经济效益与电池储能使用寿命密切相关,应合理配置电池储能容量规模并优化其充放电运行策略。 Aiming at the application scenarios of electric vehicle charging and changing stations,this paper established an economic analysis model of the combined system from the perspective of low carbon.The model reasonably evaluates the investment cost of photovoltaic power generation and battery energy storage,the annual operating cost,the delaying grid upgrade benefit,the benefits of energy saving and emission reduction,and the revenue of power generation.This paper puts forward the calculation method of the annual total revenue of the combined system considering the system power balance and the constraints of photovoltaic and energy storage operation.A charging station in Chongqing as an example the economic analysis model is analyzed,the results show that the application of combined system has a certain economic benefits,the delaying grid upgrade benefit is the main income at current stage.As the carbon trading market further,the economic benefits of combined system will be a new growth point.At the same time,the economic benefit of the combined system is closely related to the service life of battery energy storage,so the scale of battery energy storage capacity should be reasonably configured and the charge and discharge operation strategy should be optimized.
