摘要 根据新型电力系统安全可控、灵活高效的建设方向,宁波供电公司提出电网检修工作的远方程序化操作+状态移交模式。该模式通过调控端远方程序化操作完成设备停役至“移交状态”,后续由运维人员根据安措要求和设备一、二次操作分离优化方案自行发令操作至“工作状态”并许可工作。通过实践对比,在实现安全风险可控的前提下,新模式极大缩短了停电操作时间,提高了设备利用率和电网运行效率,经济、社会效益明显,值得全面推广。 According to the construction direction of the new power system,which is safe and controllable,flexible and efficient,Ningbo Power Supply Company puts forward the remote programmatic operation+state transfer mode of power network maintenance work.In this mode,the remote programmed operation of the control terminal completes the equipment disservice to the"handover state",and the subsequent operation and maintenance personnel give the order to operate to the"working state"and authorize the work according to the safety requirements and the separation and optimization scheme of the primary and secondary operations of the equipment.Through practical comparison,under the premise of controllable security risks,the new mode greatly shortens the operation time of power outage,improves the utilization rate of equipment and the operation efficiency of power grid,and has obvious economic and social benefits,which is worthy of comprehensive promotion.
