摘要 利用熔体流动速率仪、拉伸试验机、水平垂直燃烧试验机和氧指数测定仪等研究了不同醋酸乙烯酯(VA)含量对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)高阻燃热缩套管性能的影响。结果表明:当VA质量分数由15.00%升至28.00%时,样条的极限氧指数由33%升至38%,厚度3.0 mm样片的VW-1垂直燃烧阻燃等级由V-2级升至V-0级,自熄时间由超过60 s缩短至45 s,阻燃性能逐渐提升;EVA高阻燃热缩套管老化前的拉伸强度由8.63 MPa升至13.78 MPa,断裂伸长率由312.68%升至533.57%。 The effects of different contents of vinyl acetate(VA) on properties of high flame retardant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) heat-shrinkable sleeve were studied by means of melt flow rate tester, tensile tester, horizontal and vertical combustion tester and oxygen index tester. The results show that when the VA mass fraction increases from 15.00% to 28.00%, the limiting oxygen index of the spline increases from 33% to 38%, the VW-1 vertical combustion flame retardant grade of 3.0 mm thickness sample increases from V-2 to V-0, the self-extinguishing time is shortened from more than 60 s to 45 s, and the flame retardant property is gradually improved. The tensile strength of EVA high flame retardant heat-shrinkable sleeve before aging increases from 8.63 MPa to 13.78 MPa, and the elongation at break increases from 312.68% to 533.57%.
