摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机制备了永久抗静电聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物(ASA)复合材料,研究了永久抗静电剂(IPE U1)对PC/ASA复合材料抗静电性能、力学性能、热性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:当IPE U1质量分数为10.0%时,PC/ASA复合材料的抗静电性能达到最佳;苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯聚合物能显著提升PC/ASA复合材料长期热老化后抗静电性能和力学性能的稳定性。 The permanent antistatic polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate copolymer(ASA) composite was prepared by twin-screw extrusion mechanism. The effects permanent antistatic agent(IPE U1) on the antistatic property, mechanical property, thermal property and rheological property of PC/ASA composite were studied. The results show that the antistatic property of PC/ASA composite is the best when the mass fraction of IPE U1 is 10.0%. The graft of styrene-acryrene-glycidyl methacrylate polymer can significantly improve the stability of antistatic property and mechanical property of PC/ASA composite after long term thermal aging.
