摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、偏光显微镜(POM)、雾度仪等研究了由2种成核剂(A和B)构成的复配添加剂对煤基聚丙烯(PP)1040TE结构和性能的影响。结果表明:加入成核剂后,PP的结晶速率明显加快,结晶时间由纯PP的超过2 h缩短至约20 min,球晶数量明显增多,球晶尺寸更小且分布更均匀,同时,PP的光学性能、力学性能和热性能均得到改善,与成核剂B相比,成核剂A对PP刚性的提升效果更显著。
The effects of the compound additive consisting of two nucleating agents(A and B) on the structure and properties of coal-based polypropylene(PP) 1040TE were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR), polarizing microscope(POM) and fog meter. The results show that after adding nucleating agent, the crystallization rate of PP is accelerated significantly, the crystallization time is shortened from more than 2 h to about 20 min, the number of spherulites increases significantly, the size of spherulites is smaller and the distribution is more uniform, and the optical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties of PP are improved. Compared with nucleating agent B, nucleating agent A has a more significant effect on the rigidity of PP.
