摘要
采用模内热切技术,设计了电池门注塑模具,实现了模内热切机构对浇口与塑件的模内自动切除分离,改善了浇口切痕,生产效率显著提高,对同类塑件生产具有一定的借鉴意义。
Injection mold for battery door was designed by using hot-cutting in-mold technology. The automatic excision and separation of the gate and the plastic parts by hot-cutting in-mold mechanism were realized, which improved the cutting mark of gate, and the production efficiency was improved significantly. It had certain reference significance for the production of similar plastic parts.
