摘要
单细胞转录组测序(scRNA-seq)技术可以从单细胞水平获得全转录组的表达谱,并发现罕见细胞类型及其亚型,鉴定细胞特异性标记物,充分注重了细胞间或细胞亚型间的差异,被广泛地应用于肿瘤治疗、生殖生育、免疫学、神经科学、微生物学等领域。近年来,眼科领域研究也逐渐引入了scRNA-seq技术,本文将对scRNA-seq技术在眼科基础以及疾病研究的应用进展进行综述。
Single-cell ribonucleic acid-sequencing(scRNA-seq) technology can obtain the expression profiling of the whole transcriptome from the single-cell level, discover rare cell types and subtypes, identify cell-specific markers, and find the differences between cells or cell subtypes. It is widely used in tumor treatment, genesiology, immunology, neurology, microbiology and other fields. In recent years, scRNA-seq has been gradually applied to ophthalmic research. This paper will review the application of scRNA-seq technology in fundamental and disease research of ophthalmology.
