摘要
从理论分析和仿真计算两个角度,研究对比了典型空间管路结构在单、多轴随机振动载荷下的动强度特性。确定了线性结构模态振型主振方向的评定方法,得到了管路结构模态振型主振方向与随机激振方式和方向、动应力响应之间的规律特性。不仅能够为管路结构随机振动响应试验系统设计提供指导,而且能够为其动强度考核提供保障。
By both the theoretic analysis and the computational simulation, the dynamic strength characteristic problem of classic space pipeline was studied. And the results of these pipes under either uniaxial or multiaxial random vibration load were contrasted with each other. It was posed in this paper that the assessing method to judge the main vibration direction of the mode shape for linear structure. Sequentially, the relationship laws were gained, which between the main vibration direction of the mode shape for pipeline structure and the random vibration way, between the main vibration direction of the mode shape for pipeline structure and the random vibration direction, between the main vibration direction of the mode shape for pipeline structure and dynamic stress response. These results could offer guidance to the design of the random vibration tests for pipeline structures, as well as the dynamic strength checking tests.
