摘要
针对城市地铁区间穿越活塞风道工艺进行研究,创新提出一种盾构机回填过井快速施工工艺。通过多方案比较,回填过井法相比其他传统施工工艺具有明显优势,具体表现为工期占用短、施工成本低、施工质量高、安全风险低、效果显著。文章首先介绍回填过井法的工艺原理及工艺流程,接着阐述盾构机回填过井施工操作要点,然后通过效果检测分析发现该工艺在工期、经济、质量和社会效益方面效果显著,值得大力推广,最后通过对施工过程进行沉降及位移变形监测,证明盾构机推进参数控制合理,穿越风道结构安全,对周边环境影响较小。
In view of the research on the technology of crossing piston wind duct shaft in urban metro section,this paper innovatively puts forward a rapid construction technology of shield machine backfilling through the station.Compared to other traditional construction techniques, the method of backfilling passing working shaft has obvious advantages, such as short construction period, low construction cost, high construction quality, low safety risk and remarkable effect. This paper introduces the technological principle and process flow of the backfilling passing working shaft method,and expounds the operation points of the backfilling passing working shaft construction of shield machine. Through the analysis of the effect test, it is found that the process has remarkable effects in terms of time limit, economy, quality and social benefits, and it is worth popularizing. The monitoring of settlement and displacement deformation in the construction process proves that the control of shield machine propulsion parameters is reasonable, the tunnel structure is safe, and the impact on the surrounding environment is limited.
