摘要 山岭铁路隧道防水板和施工缝是容易出现渗漏水的薄弱区域,也是影响铁路隧道防水效果和运营安全的重要因素。为有效解决隧道防水板铺设不密实、容易脱落、二次衬砌端头混凝土施工缝易出现裂缝和脱落、背贴式止水带周围混凝土不密实、排水功能欠佳等防水质量问题,文章依托某铁路隧道工程,优化防水板铺装方式,采取红外线激光定位和磁焊机焊接增强防水板稳定性和防水性;针对二次衬砌端头混凝土容易被衬砌台车衬砌模板挤裂,借助V型橡胶条以及橡胶垫板作为“保护层”缓冲,避免混凝土被挤裂;另外引入新型梯形背贴式排水止水带,确保防水效果,提高隧道工程防水质量,增强铁路运营安全性。 Waterproof boards and construction joints of mountain railway tunnels are weak areas prone to water leakage, and are also important factors restricting the waterproof effect and safe operation of railway tunnels.In order to effectively solve the waterproof quality issues such as the tunnel waterproof board laying is not dense and may easily spalling off, the secondary lining end concrete construction joint is also fragile and could easily crack and spalling off, the concrete around the back attached waterstop is not dense, and the drainage function is not good. This paper, relying on a railway tunnel project, optimizes the waterproof board pavement mode, and adopts infrared laser positioning and magnetic welding to enhance the stability and waterproof of the waterproof board;in view of the fact that the concrete at the end of the secondary lining can easily be squeezed and cracked by the lining trolley and the lining formwork, the V-shaped rubber strip and rubber pad are used as the protective layer to cushion and avoid the concrete from being squeezed and cracked;in addition, the introduction of a new trapezoidal back sticking drainage water-stop ensures the waterproof effect, improves the waterproof quality of tunnel engineering, and enhances the safety of railway operation.
