富水砂层条件下地铁站复合防水体系创新研究

摘要 为解决地下水系统复杂情况下地铁车站PBA法施工接缝多、防水甩槎多、渗漏水风险大的施工难题,以富水砂层条件下长春地铁某暗挖车站为案例,分析PBA法施工防水难点,采用新型高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材和喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水材料组成“皮肤模式”复合防水体系,对该复合防水体系操作关键步骤、关键节点防水、常见问题处理进行研究,实践证明该新材料新工艺能够显著提高防水效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 In the case of complex groundwater system,in order to solve the construction issues of PBA method in metro station, such as many construction joints,waterproof joints and high seepage risk, a case study was conducted in a mined station of Changchun rail transit under the condition of water-rich sand stratum to analyze the difficulties of PBA method in construction waterproof, and a skin-type waterproofing system was combined of a new type of polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproof coiled material and rapid setting rubber asphalt waterproof material, The key operation steps, key node waterproofing and common problem handling of the combined waterproofing system were studied. The practice proved that the new material and new process improved the waterproofing effect and provided a reference for similar projects.
