摘要
实现“碳达峰、碳中和”是我国统筹国内国际两个大局做出的重大战略决策,城市轨道交通行业作为城市公共交通重要组成部分,是碳排放较为集中的领域之一,推动城市轨道交通加快形成绿色低碳生产方式,对促进行业高质量发展、加快建设交通强国具有十分重要的意义。文章以北京地铁12号线开行灵活编组运营方案为例,分析采用灵活编组运营方案对车辆系统、信号系统、通信系统等多个子系统的影响,提出调整方案,并基于工程建设期及运营期2个阶段进行经济效益初步估算。研究结果表明,北京地铁12号线采用灵活编组方案具备技术可行性,可明显降低电能消耗、车辆维修费及营运费用,具有显著经济效益。
To achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is a major strategic decision considering both the domestic and international conditions brought about by China. Urban rail transit, as an essential part of urban public transportation, is one of the areas with relatively concentrated carbon emissions. It is of great significance to accelerate the formation of green and lowcarbon production, promote the industry’s high-quality development and speed up China’s construction with a solid transportation system. The paper takes the flexible formation scheme of the Beijing subway line 12 as an example and analyzes the influencing factors of the vehicle system, signal system, communication system and other subsystems. It puts forward the corresponding adjustment scheme and estimates the economic benefits based on the project’s construction and operation periods.The results show that the flexible formation scheme of the Beijing subway line 12 has technical feasibility, which can significantly reduce electric energy consumption, vehicle maintenance costs and operating costs and has significant economic benefits.
