对于服务于小流域的水情测报系统,一般情况下规模小、结构简易,相应遥测网站规模保持在几至十几个时,配置的作业软件功能非常受限。虽然可以全面实现雨水情数据自动监测、数据采集、数据传输、数据处理的目标,但其中心站获取数据的模式始终都是采用人工查询,以至于数据被获取后还需进行手动处理,才可以向外发布最终结果。假设遇到极端恶劣的天气,如洪水、暴雨等,势必不能立即应对。
