摘要
对于服务于小流域的水情测报系统,一般情况下规模小、结构简易,相应遥测网站规模保持在几至十几个时,配置的作业软件功能非常受限。虽然可以全面实现雨水情数据自动监测、数据采集、数据传输、数据处理的目标,但其中心站获取数据的模式始终都是采用人工查询,以至于数据被获取后还需进行手动处理,才可以向外发布最终结果。假设遇到极端恶劣的天气,如洪水、暴雨等,势必不能立即应对。
For the water regime monitoring and reporting system serving small watersheds.in general,the scale is small and the structure is simple.When the scale of the corresponding telemetry website is kept at a few to 10,the function of the configured operation software is very limited.Although the goal of automatic monitoring.data collection,data transmission and data processing of rainfall and water regime data can be fully realized,the data acquisition mode of the central station is always manual query,so that the final results can be released only after the data is acquired and manually processed.It is assumed that in case of extremely bad weather,such as flood,rainstorm,etc.,it will not be able to deal with it immediately.
