细颗粒物暴露对急性冠脉综合征作用机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 空气污染对公众健康的影响已成为全球关注的焦点,是全球性的健康问题,细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))是环境空气污染物的重要组成部分,已被世界卫生组织确定为对人群健康构成最大威胁的污染物之一。PM_(2.5)暴露效应及其与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)之间的关联日益受到关注。PM_(2.5)可通过多种细胞及分子生物学机制而诱导ACS,其中包括全身性炎症反应、氧化应激、内质网应激、线粒体损伤、内皮细胞损伤、自主神经功能障碍等。现对以上几方面进行简要综述,强调空气污染对全球健康问题的相关性,需制定更加严格的标准来减少空气污染所造成的心血管疾病负担,并为进一步研究PM_(2.5)对健康的影响提供帮助。 The impact of air pollution on public health has become the focus of global attention.Particulate matter 2.5(PM_(2.5))is an important part of ambient air pollutants,which has been identified by the World Health Organization as one of the pollutants that pose the greatest threat to people’s health.PM_(2.5) exposure effect and its association with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)have attracted more and more attention.PM_(2.5) can induce ACS through a variety of cellular and molecular biological mechanisms,including systemic inflammatory response,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,mitochondrial damage,endothelial cell damage,autonomic nerve dysfunction,etc.This paper will briefly review the above aspects,emphasizing the relevance of air pollution to global health problems,establishing more stringent standards to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease caused by air pollution,and providing assistance for further research on the health effects of PM_(2.5).
