摘要
针对风力发电并网导致系统频率安全问题频发,迫切需要新的调频措施,为保证电网运行经济性和安全性,须为风电场配置储能系统的状况,设计储能参与电力系统一次和二次调频的控制策略,并对目前储能电池的各个储能单元的电池荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)水平不相等问题,提出一种基于储能电池当前容量的可调容量比例均衡控制算法。根据储能电池单元不同的SOC和其运行状态(充放电)共同决定调频产生的功率偏差信号如何合理分配到每个储能电池单元,使储能电池既能支撑电网频率调节,又能改善自身SOC不平衡的问题。最后,基于EMTDC/PSCAD仿真模型,验证该方法的有效性。
Grid-connected wind power generation leads to frequent frequency security problems in the system,and new frequency modulation measures are urgently needed.In order to ensure the economy and safety of power grid operation,it is necessary to configure energy storage system for wind farm.The control strategy uses the energy storage system for primary and secondary frequency modulation.At present,the state of charge level of each energy storage unit of the energy storage battery is not equal.In order to ensure the economy and safety,it is necessary to design the energy management strategy of the energy storage unit itself.According to the different SOC of the energy storage battery and its running state(charge and discharge),the power deviation signal generated by frequency modulation can be reasonably distributed to each energy storage battery,so that the energy storage battery can not only support the grid frequency adjustment,but also improve its own state of charge imbalance.At last,based on EMTDC/PSCAD simulation model,the effectiveness of this method is verified.
