摘要
针对QHSE管理体系有效性审核的难点,结合QHSE管理体系要求,构建了履职能力测评、体系文件、实操模拟、模拟作业许可、“双盲”演练、管理追溯6种常用的审核工具,供企业审核应用,实现以审核促管理提升的目的。
In view of the difficulties in the effectiveness audit of QHSE management system,combined with the requirements of QHSE management system,six common audit tools were built,including performance ability evaluation,system documents,practical simulation,simulated work permit,“double blind”drill and management traceability,achieving the purpose of promoting management improvement through audit.
