通信基站用太阳能控制器MPPT技术研究

摘要 为提高太阳能控制器的输出电流、输出功率并减小电压纹波,通过结合恒压法和扰动观察法,提出一种改进型MPPT算法。该算法在两相交错同步整流技术基础上,融合蓄电池充电管理和负载管理算法,实现单个太阳能控制器的输出电流达100 A,输出功率5.6 kW,最大转换效率达到98%,最大功率点跟踪精度达到99.55%。该太阳能控制器具备蓄电池管理和负载功能,能简化设计、提高转化效率并减低生产成本,适合应用于装机容量不大于5~6 kW的通信基站。 An improved MPPT algorithm is proposed by combining the advantages of constant pressure method and perturbation observation method,which can improve the output current and out power and reduce the voltage ripple of solar controller. The algorithm integrate the battery charging management and load management algorithm on the basis of the two-phase staggered synchronous rectification technology. The output current of a single solar controller can reach 100 A,the output power can reach 5.6 kW,the maximum conversion efficiency can reach 98%,the maximum power point tracking accuracy can reach 99.55%. The controller has the function of battery management and load. The solar controller is suitable for communication base stations with installed capacity less than 5~6 kW,which can simplify design,improve efficiency and reduce cost.
