油田水处理用清水絮凝剂QS-01的评价及应用

摘要 报道了絮凝剂QS-01的室内评价和现场试验结果,测定在絮凝剂最佳加量25 mg/L时的处理效果。结果表明:室内评价中,处理后污水透光度最大为99.2%,絮凝时间为40 s左右,絮体含水率最低为82.3%。加入QS-01后现场水样污水含油为58 mg/L,优于在用药剂QSXN-015的63 mg/L。2020-09-22该絮凝剂开始在某油田进行现场中试,加药浓度为25 g/m3,加药后污水缓冲罐后各级出口污水含油量明显下降,溶气浮选器出口、斜板撇油罐出口和注水缓冲罐出口各级污水含油下降明显,分别为60,13 mg/L和2 mg/L左右,现场效果良好。 This paper reports the results of the indoor evaluation and field test of flocculant QS-01,and determines the treatment effect when the optimal dosage of flocculant is 25mg/L.The results show that in the indoor evaluation,the maximum transmittance of the treated sewage is 99.2%,the flocculation time is about 40s,and the minimum water content of the floc is 82.3%.After adding QS-01,the oil content of the on-site water sample sewage is 58mg/L,which is better than 63mg/L of the agent QSXN-015.On September 22,2020,the flocculant began to conduct field pilot test in an oil field,with the dosing concentration of 25g/m~3,After dosing,the oil content of sewage at all levels at the outlet of the sewage buffer tank decreased significantly,and the oil content at all levels at the outlet of the dissolved air flotation device,the inclined plate skimming tank and the water injection buffer tank decreased significantly,about 60,13and 2mg/L,respectively.The site effect was good.
