摘要
针对常规酚醛树脂交联剂低温条件下(≤-18℃)容易凝固的问题,通过室内静态实验研究了降凝剂对酚醛树脂凝点的影响和添加降凝剂后形成的低凝点交联剂基本性能,通过动态评价实验研究了交联调剖体系封堵性能和耐冲刷性能。室内实验表明:降凝剂能够降低酚醛树脂交联剂凝点,降凝剂BHNJ效果最好,当降凝剂BHNJ质量分数为10%时,低凝点交联剂凝点为-20.4℃,推荐低凝点交联剂组成为10%降凝剂+90%酚醛树脂交联剂。低凝点交联剂水分散性能较好,能和水任意比例混溶;关联调剂体系成胶时间可调、成胶强度可调;该体系在50000 mg/L矿化度条件下老化6个月不脱水,耐盐性能好;经机械剪切或岩心剪切后,体系老化6个月仅少量脱水或不脱水,抗剪切性能好;该体系整体注入压力低,注入性能好;该体系封堵率在92%以上,封堵性能好;同时,后续水驱10 PV后岩心封堵率始终在92%以上,体系耐冲刷性能好,能够满足油田要求。
Aiming at the problem that the conventional phenolic resin crosslinking agent is easy to solidify at low temperature(≤-18℃),the effect of pour point depressant on the pour point of phenolic resin and the basic properties of low pour point crosslinking agent formed after adding pour point depressant were studied through laboratory static experiments.The plugging performance and scouring resistance of the cross-linked profile control system are studied through dynamic evaluation experiments.Laboratory experiments show that pour point depressant can reduce the solidifying point of phenolic resin crosslinking agent,and the pour point depressant BHNJ has the best effect.When the mass fraction of the pour point depressant BHNJ is 10%,the pour point of the low pour point crosslinking agent is -20.4℃,and the recommended composition of the low pour point crosslinking agent is 10% pour point depressant+90% phenolic resin crosslinking agent.The low pour point crosslinking agent has good water dispersibility and can be mixed with water in any proportion.The gelling time and strength of the crosslinking profile confrol system can be adjusted.The system does not dehydrate after aging for 6 mon under the condition of 50000 mg/L salinity,and has good salt resistance.After mechanical shearing or core shearing,the system is only slightly dehydrated or not dehydrated after 6 mon of aging,and has good shear resistance.The system has low injection pressure and good injection performance.The plugging rate of the system is more than 92%,and the plugging performance is good.At the same time,the core plugging rate after the subsequent water drive of 10PV is always above 92%,and the system has good scouring resistance.The system can meet the requirements of the oilfield.
