摘要
行星轮系是重要的旋转机械部件,对其早期故障进行诊断是避免重大事故发生的重要手段。行星轮系早期故障诊断已经成为学者研究的焦点。分析了行星轮系早期故障信号的特点,梳理了行星轮系早期故障机理、信号获取方法、故障特征提取与识别的研究现状;归纳总结了早期故障诊断研究存在的主要问题,提出了开展基于动力学模型的早期复合故障机理研究、基于多传感器的早期故障信号获取方法研究、基于多域分析的早期故障特征指标研究、基于数值模型驱动的早期故障诊断研究等方面的建议;为进一步开展行星轮系早期故障诊断的研究提供依据。
The planetary gear train is an important rotating mechanical component,and its early faults diagnosis is an important means to avoid major accidents.Early faults diagnosis of planetary gear trains is bound to become the focus of scholars.The characteristics of early faults signals of planetary gear trains are analyzed,the research status of the early faults mechanism,signal acquisition methods,faults feature extraction and identification of planetary gear trains are combed,and the main problems in early faults diagnosis are summarized.Some suggestions are put forward,such as the research of early compound faults mechanism based on the dynamic model,the research of early faults signal acquisition method based on the multi-sensor,the research of early faults characteristic index based on multi-domain analysis,the research of early faults diagnosis based on numerical model and so on.It can be used as a reference for further research on early faults diagnosis of planetary gear trains.
