“两化”深度融合视角下数字化水平对中国高技术产业出口贸易的影响——基于31个省域数据的研究分析

摘要 研究选取2004—2018年省域面板数据,首先构建数字化水平评价指标体系测度各省域的数字化水平,然后从出口总额和出口商品结构两个层面实证分析数字化水平对高技术产业出口贸易的影响。研究结果显示:第一,我国数字化水平地区发展不平衡;第二,数字化水平提升对我国高技术产业出口贸易规模和商品结构有积极作用;第三,科研经费支出与外贸环境改善能促进高技术产业出口贸易发展。未来可以通过加大研发经费和数字化建设的投入、推进产业数字化和数字产业化,不断推动数字化水平的提升来促进高技术产业出口贸易的发展。 This paper selects the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2018,firstly creates an evaluation index system of regional digitalization level to measure each province’s digital level.Then the paper empirically analyzes the impacts from two angles,one is how the changes of digital level influence the total export volume of high-tech industries,the other is how the changes of digital level effect the overall export commodity structure through the export volume of high-tech industries.The research results are followed.Firstly,the development of China’s digital level is uneven.Secondly,the improvement of the digital level can significantly expand the scale of China’s high-tech industry exportation and upgrade China’s overall export trade structure.Thirdly,the investment of scientific research expenditures and the improvement of the foreign trade environment can boost the high-tech industry export trade.In the future,increasing investment in R&D and digital construction,promoting industrial digitalization and digital industrialization transformations and advancing the digitalization level continuously can become better approaches for the development of high-tech industry exportation.
