摘要
为降低综采工作面的粉尘浓度,提升喷雾降尘效果,从水平运动与重力沉降两方面入手,分析了粉尘运移规律,指出了影响喷雾降尘效率的因素,包括喷雾压力、喷嘴直径和雾化角度,通过设计仿真实验,对这3项参数进行优化。从仿真结果来看,采煤机外喷雾的降尘效率从原来的80.55%提升至94.51%,除尘效果得到了显著提升。实际生产还需结合现场环境灵活调整各项参数,进一步降低作业成本,提升经济效益。
In order to reduce the dust concentration of fully mechanized mining face,and improve spray dust removal effect,the study analyzes dust migration law from horizontal motion and gravity settling;points out the influencing factors of spray dust removal efficiency,such as spray pressure,nozzle diameter and pulverization angle;and optimizes 3 parameters through design simulation experiment.The simulation results show that dust removal efficiency of shearer spray increases from 80.55%to 94.51%,and dust removal effect improves significantly.It is suggested to adjust various parameters in practical production through combining with conditions on site,further reduce activity cost,and promote economic benefits.
