Research and Development of Industrial Robot and its Application in Intelligent Manufacturing

In order to promote the application of industrial robot in intelligent manufacturing,the study introduces the core components of industrial robot:speed bump,servo and controller.Then the study analyzes the key points of research and development of industrial robot:visual perception technology,and control and operation system.Finally the study explores the application of industrial robot in iron and steel enterprise,and automobile manufacture industry,i.e.to strengthen innovative research and development,make the industrial robot become more sensitive and convenient,promote the stability and safety of the operation,improve industrial mechanization and automation,and promote the competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry.
