为了完善印刷流程与数控通信,实现高质量的包装印刷与数据处理,分析了模块化多功能印刷复合设备的应用需求,介绍了模块化多功能设计的过程分析与建模、拼大版制作、RIP处理、数字印刷处理、印后加工处理。分析了JDF传票编写,探讨了模块化多功能印刷复合设备在印刷节点控制、RIPing节点控制和传票验证处理中的应用。需对其功能进行多元化开发,利用编码器、信息技术等提高设备的稳定性及精度,进一步提升印刷加工质量。

In order to perfect printing flow and numerical control communication,and achieve high-quality package printing and data processing,the study analyzes the application demands of modular multifunctional printing complex equipment,introduces the process analysis and modeling,making large version,RIP processing,digital printing processing and post-press finishing processing of modular multifunctional design.Then the study analyzes JDF court summons preparation,and explores the application of modular multifunctional printing complex equipment in printing node control,RIPing node control and court summons verification processing.It is necessary to develop its functions in a diversified way;improve the stability and accuracy of the equipment through encoder and information technology,etc.,to further improve the quality of printing processing.
