超微针刀联合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗非哺乳期乳腺增生的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ultramicro Needle-knife Combined with Modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the Treatment of Non-lactating Breast Hyperplasia

目的:观察比较超微针刀联合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗非哺乳期乳腺增生的临床效果,选取更适合非哺乳期乳腺增生的治疗方式。方法:选取2018年3月—2019年3月武汉市天美乳腺专科医院收治的89例乳腺增生患者,依照不同治疗方法将其分为两组,对照组应用单纯甘麦大枣汤加减进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加以超微针刀微型手术进行治疗。治疗5周后,比较两组主要症状评分、体征分级评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生率,以及半年内病情的复发情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组主要症状、体征评分及雌二醇(E_(2))水平均较治疗前均降低,孕酮(P)水平较治疗前均升高,且试验组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后6个月内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超微针刀联合甘麦大枣汤加减能有效减少临床非哺乳期乳腺增生的症状,调节机体内分泌情况及性激素水平,具有超好的临床疗效,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effects of ultramicro needle-knife combined with modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the treatment of non-lactating breast hyperplasia,and to select a more suitable treatment for non-lactating breast hyperplasia.Method:A total of 89 patients with breast hyperplasia who admitted to Wuhan Tianmei Mammary Gland Specialist Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with simple modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with ultramicro needle-knife on the basis of the control group.After 5 weeks of treatment,the main symptoms score,signs grading score,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence of disease within six months were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,signs grading and estradiol(E_(2))levels in two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the progesterone(P)levels were increased compared with those before treatment,and the indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group within 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultramicro needle-knife combined with modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction can effectively reduce the symptoms of clinical non-lactating breast hyperplasia,regulate the endocrine condition and sex hormone level,has a super good clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions.
