艾灸“涌泉穴”治疗脑卒中后轻度认知障碍的效果

Effect of Moxibustion at "Yongquan Point" in the Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment after Stroke

目的:探究艾灸“涌泉穴”治疗脑卒中后轻度认知障碍的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于南平市第一医院就诊的60例脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片,观察组在对照组基础上给予艾灸“涌泉穴”。比较两组干预前后认知功能、日常生活能力,临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果:干预后,观察组简易精神状态检查表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组治疗总满意度分别为96.67%、73.33%,观察组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸“涌泉穴”治疗脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者,能有效地提高患者的认知及日常生活能力,提高临床疗效,进而提高患者的满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of moxibustion at "Yongquan point" in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke. Method: A total of 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke who were treated in Nanping First Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment, the control group was given Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets, the observation group was given moxibustion at "Yongquan point" on the basis of the control group. The cognitive function, daily living ability before and after intervention, clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result: After intervention, the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and daily living ability scale(ADL) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total treatment satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 73.33% respectively, the total treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion at "Yongquan point" in the treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke can effectively improve the cognition and daily living ability of patients, improve the clinical efficacy, and then improve the satisfaction of patients.
