从肝脾肾三脏论治崩漏

Treatment of Metrorrhagia from Liver, Spleen and Kidney Three Organs

崩漏是现代临床中常见的一种内分泌失调引起的疾病,近年来的发病率不断升高。目前,西医临床上的治疗思路主要通过给予性激素口服或介入手术的方法,模拟出正常人体内激素分泌模式来治疗此病,无法从根本上恢复人体卵巢正常的排卵功能,各种治疗方法均存在一定局限性。中医药治疗可以在一定程度上兼顾患者的症状,保持优质的生活,而且副作用较小。中医学对此病的研究更加全面,中医认为女子的先天之根是肾,肝为女子之本,脾则是后天之源。基于此理论,本文对近年来发表的相关文献进行总结,结合众多医家的临床经验,提出肝脾肾三脏是崩漏发病的本源,并对其进行论述。

Metrorrhagia has become a common gynecologic endocrine disorders in modern clinical diseases, the incidence is rising in recent years. At present, the treatment of Western medicine is mainly through giving some sex hormone oral or interventional surgery methods, simulating the normal human body hormone secretion model to treat this disease, the normal ovulation function of human ovary can not be recovered fundamentally, and various treatment methods have certain limitations. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can take into account the symptoms of patients to a certain extent, to maintain a high quality of life, and less side effects. The study of this disease is more comprehensive in traditional Chinese medicine, which holds that the kidney is the innate root of women, the liver is the root of women, and the spleen is the source of acquired nature. Based on this theory, this article summarized the relevant literature published in recent years, combined with the clinical experience of many doctors, proposed that the liver, spleen and kidney are the origin of uterine bleeding, and discussed it.
