随着社会对养老服务需求的增长,依托社区的老年食堂在哈尔滨市应运而生,并获得长足发展。通过对哈尔滨市老年食堂消费者需求进行调研发现,52%的受访者认为饮食应该注重健康养生,71.05%的受访者希望老年食堂能够提供多样化、价格低廉的餐品,53.68%的受访者渴望在老年食堂找到合适的菜品,61.05%的受访者希望老年食堂的营业时间可以进行灵活调整,并提供私人订餐服务。为了吸引更多消费者,为消费者提供更满意的餐饮服务,哈尔滨市老年食堂应做好融媒体宣传,提升老年食堂知名度;聘请专业的营养师,为消费者搭配出健康丰富的食品;加强对食品安全的监管,提高消费者对老年食堂的认可度;与社区养老机构合作,为不同年龄段的老年人提供更便捷的服务。

With the increase of the demands for elderly care service in the society,elderly canteen relying on community in Harbin City is born,and develop well.The investigation of the customer demands of elderly canteen in Harbin City finds that 52%interviewees believe that diet should focus on keeping in good health,71.05%interviewees hope that elderly canteen can provide diversified and low price meal products,53.68%interviewees yearn for suitable dishes in elderly canteen,61.05%interviewees hope that the business time of elderly canteen can be adjusted flexibly,and private ordering service can be provided.In order to attract more customers,and provide more satisfied food and beverages for customers,elderly canteen in Harbin City should do well in convergence media publicity,improve the popularity of elderly canteen;employ professional nutritionists,match healthy and rich food for consumers;strengthen the supervision of food security,improve consumers’recognition of elderly canteen;cooperate with community elderly care institutions,provide more convenient service for the elderly of different age groups.
