体育强国背景下农村地区校园足球教练员队伍建设现状及对策研究——以固原市农村中小学为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Construction of Campus Football Coaches in Rural Areas Under the Background of Sports Power——Through Taking Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Guyuan City as an Example

为加快农村地区校园足球师资队伍建设,保证高水平的师资队伍供应,对固原市农村中小学校园足球教练员队伍建设现状进行调查分析,针对学校领导层重视程度不足、传统足球教练员队伍水平落后、教练员膳食营养不足、对足球教练员的激励措施匮乏、校园足球专项经费不足等现实困境,应通过完善足球教练员领导管理机制、开辟多种渠道引进高水平足球教练员、提高足球教练员膳食水平、制定激励足球教练员的措施、加大校园足球专项资金投入力度等途径进一步推动农村中小学校园足球发展,助力体育强国建设,实现健康中国目标。

In order to accelerate the construction of rural campus football teaching staff,and guarantee the supply of high quality of teaching staff,the study investigates the present situation of the construction status of campus football coach team of rural primary and middle schools in Guyuan City.There are some problems,such as insufficient attention of the leadership,backward traditional football coach team,insufficient coach dietary nutrition,lack of incentive method of football coaches,and insufficient special project investment of campus football,etc.It is suggested to perfect leadership management mechanism of football coaches,develop various channels to introduce high quality football coaches,improve football coaches’dietary level,formulate incentive measures of football coaches,and accelerate the solving scheme of the special investment of campus football,etc.,in order to further promote the development of the football of rural primary and middle schools,assist the construction of sports power,and achieve the goal of Healthy China.
